Putin congratulates Xi on successful CPC national congress

DA NANG, Vietnam -- Russian President Vladimir Putin here on Friday congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping on the successful conclusion of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and pledged to always make the development of the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination a priority of Russia.
