Qi Zhi, who has been a carpenter for 38 years, owns a small workshop in Changchun, Capital of Northeast China's Jilin province. He is good at making various shapes and patterns of wood on the lather spinning. As more such work is done by machines, his workshop has seen fewer customers. However, Qi is happy to help others, doing jobs such as fixing wood furniture, and hopes to continue his craftsmanship.
