As the host city for this year's G20 Leaders Summit, Hangzhou is well known for its widespread mobile payment service. An increasing number of people there are embracing cashless lifestyles as they prefer to use mobile payment tools to pay for anything they want.
By simply scanning the QR records with a smartphone, one can get travel information, recharge transportation service cards, rent public bikes, pay for food and souvenirs, print photos and even pick up deliveries.
