1. 20 kinds of certificates abolished
New regulations will be carried out by Ministry of Public Security and other bureaus on Sept 1 to improve the efficiency of local authorities.
Local police stations will not issue certificates for 20 items below as long as the individuals have their ID cards or household registration: name, used name, gender, ID number, date of birth, place of birth, address, family relations and others.
