原文：

打好節(jié)能減排和環(huán)境治理攻堅戰(zhàn)。環(huán)境污染是民生之患、民心之痛，要鐵腕治理。

We will fight to win the battle of conserving energy, reducing emissions, and improving the environment. Environmental pollution is a blight on people’s quality of life and a trouble that weighs on their hearts. We must fight it with all our might.
