本年度最受歡迎名字排名中，杰克(Jack)仍舊保持了男名冠軍的頭銜，但是在過去的一年里，奧莉維亞(Olivia)已經取代格蕾絲(Grace)成為英國最受歡迎的女性名字。
僅僅只有一年，格蕾絲就從冠軍的位置落到了第三。排在第二位的是露比(Ruby)，此名字曾被美聲女王夏洛特?切奇(Charlotte Church)用于給自己的第一個孩子命名。排名前十的名字還有艾米莉(Emily)、杰西卡(Jessica)、索菲(Sophie)、寇伊(Chloe)、莉莉(Lily)、米婭(Mia)和露西(Lucy)。

OLIVIA OUSTS GRACE AS TOP GIRL'S NAME
Jack may remain the undisputed king of boy's names, but Grace has fallen from favour and been replaced by Olivia as the most popular girl's name in Britain over the last 12 months, it emerged yesterday.
After just a year at the top, Grace has slipped into third place behind Ruby, the name Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson chose for their firstborn.
The reign of Jack, however, continues unopposed since it first outstripped Thomas 14 years ago, despite fierce competition this year from Oliver.
Harry proved the third most popular boy's name, followed by Charlie, Alfie, Thomas, Joshua, Daniel and James. Liam and Dylan broke into the top 20 for the first time, replacing Ryan and Luke, while Callum fell from 13th to 22nd.
Emily, Jessica, Sophie, Chloe, Lily, Mia and Lucy completed the girls' top 10 compiled from a national survey of 380,000 babies born in 2008 by Bounty, the UK parenting club.
The biggest female movers were Isla, which climbed from 58th to 35th, and Summer, which rose 28 places from 44th to 16th. Ava moved 15 places to 19th.
Holly dropped six places to 25th. Rebecca and Courtney also fell victim to fashion, plummeting from 32nd to 48th and from 72nd to 88th respectively.
The number of Rileys being born is on the increase, along with boys called Ewan and Leon. Zac, perhaps inspired by the High School Musical actor Zac Efron, Jude and Cody are also new entries.
Names that vanished from the top 100 are Hollie, Tegan, Patrick, Dominic and Gabriel. Among those beginning to see a revival are Sofia, Julia, Darcy and Amelie. The more traditional Rose, Connie and Heidi are also back in the top 100.
