With a total storage capacity of 333.6 million cubic meters, the Wuluwati Water Conservancy project improves an irrigation area of 1.13 million mu.

It is expected to create an irrigation area of 690,000 mu in the near future and 914,000 mu in the distant future. The project won the "Luban Award"(the top construction and engineering quality award in China), the "Dayu Prize" (the top prize for excellent water conservancy projects in China) and the Zhantianyou Prize (the top honor for Chinese civil engineering projects), setting a record that a single project won all of the 3 top awards in the construction field of China.
