The restaurant mainly serves Xinjiang style food (a kind of Muslim food), with the signature dish is Da Pan Chicken (braised chicken with potato and green pepper). If you want to relish a pure Da Pan Chicken, Xinjiang No.1 Plate should the first recommended restaurant.
