III. Project Description:
This project adopts world level hi-tech and has a advanced world level of the late 90's and is the first creation in China. It possesses a wide domestic market. Since CIG technique may help to create a three-dimensional real time virtual environment and is real in simulating effect, the technique is widely applied in macro molecule mechanics simulating, dissection/operation simulating, land and urban planning system, film and TV stunt, large recreational facility, virtual construction system, engineering designing, aviation simulator, ship simulator and in military field. By now, the various aviation simulators, vehicle training simulator and whole set equipment for domestic appliance mainly depends on export, the market demand scale estimated to be about 7 billion pieces. This project plans to newly build a producing, assembling, research and development base of "virtual reality-CIG" series products. After its completion, it may form a producing scale of yearly producing 300 sets of vehicle driver training simulator, 10 traffic examination-simulating systems, 5 groups of aviation simulator.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
The project needs USD 16.44 million of total investment. It plans to finance USD 9.67 million from foreign investment. Joint venture, cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
The project, after completion, may realize USD 18.28 million of average yearly sales income and USD 4.19 million of average yearly profit after taxation.
