Shaanxi Pinding Hard Alloy Industry Development Ltd., located in Shaanxi Hanzhong Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (northern zone), is a China-Hongkong joint venture (held most shares by Chinese side) and a professional factory that produces hard alloy tools, hard alloy welding tools, screw thread measures, twisting moment tools, coat and compound coat of tools. It owns registered capital of RMB 28.7 million Yuan. It also produces high-speed superhard tools by introducing most advanced equipments and production process in the world and adopting mighty grinding cut technology and the high efficiency, automatic numerical control machine. Now it has formed a series of product specification.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
The total investment is USD 3.99 million and the joint venture is welcomed.

V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
High-speed superhard tool is widely used in the fields of computer, communication, numerical control facility, metal processing and many others and a substitute product of conditional high-speed steel tools with large domestic and international market. The estimated annual sales income will be USD 14.5 million and tax USD 1.47 million.
