The project area: Totaling around 1950 mu including 430 mu for reserved use, and 1520 mu for reconstruction of the old city proper. It involves conservation of Kaiyuan Temple Tower Culture Plaza, Gong Academy Plaza, Museum, Hebei Cultural Relics Garden, auxiliary tourist facilities, Yanyangchu's Former Residence, and such cultural relics facilities as South Gate under province-level protection of cultural relics, as well as reconstruction of the old areas around Kaiyuan Temple Tower and Gong Academy.
Ⅱ. Investment Estimate and Financing
This project involves a total investment of 535.09 million dollars, of which 131.58 million dollars is for public facilities, and 403.51 million dollars for development and reconstruction of the old city proper.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
This project is located at the east of Dingzhou City proper, and encircled by No.107 National Highway to the east, East Xinghua Road to the south, North Zilaifo Street to the west, and East Xingding Road to the north.. The land lot for the project was fully allocated for construction use by the local government. The traffic access is convenient, and water, power, gas and telecommunication are available completely and adequately for the project needs.

26. 220,000-square-meter Stadium Project at the west area of DianLi Residence Community in Qing County, Cangzhou City
I. Project Content
The total area of the project is 412 acres, and it will be fully developed for the construction of the stadium, including basketball halls, natatoriums and other ancillary facilities, which is 220,000 square meters in total. I

The construction fund is about 150 million, and it will be raised by the project owner.
III. Market Analysis
Qingxian has an urban population of 150,000, and the number will reach 300,000 by 2020. There are 48 large and medium-size enterprises, 68 foreign-funded enterprises, and the to-be-built Economic Development Zone with an area of 20 square kilometers, which has been approved by the government of Hebei Province this year. Now the urban resident population and the housing stock of migrant workers are increasing rapidly. At the same time, Qingxian has natural advantages in geographical location. It is 60 kilometers away from Tianjin, 80 kilometers away from Tianjin Port, 70 kilometers away from Bohai New District, Huanghua, and 30 kilometers away from Cangzhou. Besides, the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed and the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway run through the county. With the continuous improvement of living standards, as well as people's growing demand for consumption and entertainment, the construction has a great space for development.
IV.Construction Conditions
The construction item is located in the west of the city proper, near the city's east-west central axis—Xinhua Road, in the north, and close to the DianLi Residence Community and the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Exit in the east. I. Project Content
The total area of the project is 30 acres, and it will be fully developed for the waterworks to meet the production needs of the industrial park.

The construction fund is about 52 million, and it will be raised by the project owner.
III.Market Analysis
Qing County, which is 41 km long from north to south and 48 km wide from east to west, with a total land area of 968 square kilometers, is located in the eastern part of Hebei, the northern margin of Cangzhou. It is geographically high in the west and low in the east. Residential use of water mainly depends on the water supply company. The water plant which was built in 1985 lies in the southeast corner of the intersection of North-South Street and Pangu Road. It now has seven water wells, with water supply capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per day. In recent years, as the population growing and the rapid development of our county, Provincial Economic Development Zone, the increasing water consumption for both daily life and production, combined with successive drought, lack of groundwater and other reasons, result in the growing contradiction between supply and demand. Considered all the factors such as water sources and so on, the water supply project is an important infrastructure construction which is concerned with the people's livelihood. And it is also a project that "contributes to contemporary times and brings benefits for the future centuries".
